Vacation; Personal Days. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an annual vacation of up to 15 days (the “Annual Vacation”); with any unused portion of the Annual Vacation to be accumulated and un-revokable. The Annual Vacation shall increase by one day on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
