Vacant Unit. (a) Not to leave the Unit vacant for more than two (2) months in total in any one twelve (12) month period from the Commencement Date without the prior consent of the Operator. (b) You shall continue to remain liable for the Annual Administration Charge and the Deferred Management Fee whilst the Unit is vacant.
