VAC. LPT means a licensed individual, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 10 of the California 22 Business and Professions Code, who can provide clinical services to Clients. The license must be 23 current and in force, and has not been suspended or revoked. Also, it is preferred that the individual has 24 at least one (1) year of experience treating children and TAY.
