UTILIZATION OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Supplier and subcontractors of all tiers must comply with section 52.219-8 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This policy requires that small business concerns, veteran-owned small business concerns, service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, HUBZone small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns, women-owned small business, Alaskan Native Corporation, and Indian tribe concerns shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of Services.
