Common use of Utilization of Minority Business Enterprises Clause in Contracts

Utilization of Minority Business Enterprises. (MBE) AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (WBE): Seller agrees to cooperate with the Authority in meeting its commitments and goals with regard to the maximum utilization of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) to use its best efforts to insure that MBE and WBE shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to compete for supply and sub-contract work under this order.
