Common use of Utilization of Minority Business Enterprises Clause in Contracts

Utilization of Minority Business Enterprises. The Contractor acknowledges it is the policy of the State of Iowa that minority business enterprises shall have the maximum, practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of state contracts. Where feasible or applicable under the Contract, the Contractor agrees to make a reasonable effort to subcontract with minority business enterprises.
