Utilización del Servicio Web. Durante el Plazo, el Cliente tendrá acceso a y utilizará el Servicio Web. Xxxx Deere asignará al Cliente nombre(s) de usuario y contraseña(s) para el uso del Servicio W eb. El Cliente xxxxxx controlar el acceso a y uso del / de los nombre(s) de usuario y contraseña(s) por parte de sus empleados y xxxxxx notificar inmediatamente a John Deere cualquier uso no autorizado del / de los nombre(s) de usuario y contraseña(s). El Cliente no xxxxxx permitir el acceso a través de su(s) nombre(s) de usuario y/o contraseña(s) a ningún xxxxxxx que no sea Xxxx Deere o un Distribuidor autorizado, ni ceder ni transferir el acceso al y/o uso del Servicio Web ni usar el Servicio W eb excepto conforme lo dispuesto en el presente Contrato. Si el Cliente desea proveer acceso a un xxxxxxx a la cuenta del Cliente, el Cliente podrá crear otro nombre de usuario y contraseña a tal efecto. Sin embargo, el Cliente asume total responsabilidad por las acciones de cualquier xxx xxxxxxx respecto de su acceso al y uso del Sistema. Para utilizar el Servicio W eb, el Cliente xxxxxx contratar a un Proveedor de Servicios de Internet (“PSI”) y contar con una computadora y una conexión a Internet que alcancen y/o superen las especificaciones o requisitos mínimos dispuestos por John Deere, si los hubiere. El Cliente será el único responsable por su elección de PSI y por cualquier honorario del PSI, soporte técnico y cualquier otro gasto relativo al PSI. Xxxx Deere no tendrá responsabilidad alguna por la conexión del PSI o cualquier vínculo para la comunicación por Internet entre la computadora del Cliente y los Servidores. La contratación de un PSI por parte del Cliente implica que John Deere no podrá proveer acceso de respaldo al Servicio Web en el caso de una falla en el PSI o en Internet y John Deere no tendrá responsabilidad alguna por interrupciones o rupturas en el Servicio W eb que resulten de un periodo de inactividad o falla de cualquier conexión a Internet y/o del PSI.
