Utility Systems. Employees must possess a State of California Department of Public Health Grade 1 Water Distribution Certificate and a Grade I CWEA Collection Systems Certificate. All participants must possess a valid Class C California driver’s license and comply with the respiratory protection program. CPR/First-Aid Training is required. Qualifying to participate in the Utility Systems Duty program is at the discretion of the Utility Systems Supervisor based upon the individual’s certifications and field experience.
