Common use of Utility Readiness Clause in Contracts

Utility Readiness. All earthwork activities with respect to applicable underground 75 utilities on the Senior Living Parcel and Outlot 1 shall be completed to subgrade in manner 76 commensurate with beginning any utility construction work, such that the earthwork will 77 commence at the entry point to Outlot 1 and must have installed control and hydrant valves 78 sufficient the Project prior to Developer proceeding with vertical construction.
