Utility Outages. Due to the rural area cabin/sites are located there may be utility outages that Fancy Hill Cabins and RV Park LLC cannot control. Cancellation and refunds cannot be given when outages occur. The cabin does not have any backup generator if the utilities go out they are out, nature is out of our control!
