Major Maintenance. The Partnership shall furnish to the Collateral Trustee, each Credit Rating Agency and the Independent Engineer not less than 90 days in advance of any Major Maintenance, a notice describing the expected date of commencement of such Major Maintenance and its duration, the facilities to be affected, the purpose for the maintenance or other activities to be conducted during such Major Maintenance and the Partnership's current estimate of the funds that will be available to pay the expenses of any Major Maintenance and any Senior Debt Obligations that become due during such Major Maintenance.

Major Maintenance. Any major maintenance or upgrades that will impact sales opportunities will be discussed with Symantec and the Parties shall mutually agree to a time that will have the least impact on sales.
Major Maintenance. The PI (or designee) will discuss with the PCCA any issues that require Major Maintenance. A course of action will be developed by TAMU-CC and presented to the PCCA along with a RE for approval. Upon approval, TAMU-CC will acquire all necessary parts, pieces, and/or components, make the necessary arrangements, and schedule repairs. TAMU-CC's PI (or designee) shall prepare a monthly report and provide to the PCCA. The format and scope of this report shall follow the reports provided for other PORTS® systems currently being maintained by TAMU-CC. The reports will include the following information: • Summary of maintenance activities • Schedule of upcoming events • Inventory with serial numbers • Identification of potential problems or long-term issues relating to the operations, maintenance, use, and development of the system • Other information as appropriate CO-OPS maintains a library of sensor references as well as maintenance and operations procedures for all sensors. Major Maintenance. All Condensate System maintenance activities not described in Routine Operations, Repair and Maintenance. Major Maintenance shall include, but is not limited to the items listed below:

1) The COUNTY shall perform the Major Maintenance described in this Section C-3 (B) (1) at the sole expense of the COUNTY. • Vertical well raising, lowering as a result of Landfill construction and operation • Relocation or abandonment of ▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of Landfill construction and operation • Abandonment of noncompliant or pinched ▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of normal Landfill settlement • Header/sub-header relocation or abandonment as a result of Landfill construction and operation • Replacement and pipe resizing of header/sub-header to accommodate enough Landfill Gas flow capacity to satisfy emission requirements • Repair of header/subheader, valves and laterals impacted by normal or incidental Landfill operations. • Maintain and re-grade existing access roads for ingress and egress for the purpose of operating, adjusting, controlling, and monitoring Collection System • Replacement or repair of defective main isolation valves (10”-36” diameter) below grade impacted by incidental Landfill operations • Provide Accu-flo wellhead major components • Provide valve or major components for above and below grade valves replacement or repair (4” – 36” diameter), such as gear assembly, valve stems, and valve wheel/lever, as a result of normal wear and tear or landfill settlement • Provide parts and materials for vault installation and repair.
2) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER shall perform the Major Maintenance described in this Section C-3 (B) (2) at the sole expense of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER. • Replacement or repair of defective Accu-flo and /or existing well heads or the major components (new wellheads and major parts to be provided by COUNTY, excludes flexible hose, plugs, and sampling ports) • Replacement or maintenance of above and below grade valves (4” – 36” dia.) or its major components as a result of normal wear and tear (parts to be provided by COUNTY) o The COUNTY to provide equipment (and operator as required) regularly located at the landfill, when available. • Pumping of flooded vertical ▇▇▇▇▇ caused by condensate build-up • Filling and flushing of drain lines, main valves, header/sub-header, laterals, and traps blockage caused by silt or debris build-up o The COUNTY to provide equipment (and operator as required) regularly located at the landfill, when available. • Vault installation and repair (COUNTY to provide parts/vault)
Major Maintenance. The Port shall have the obligation to undertake all Major Maintenance that the Consolidated Rental Car Facility or Consolidated Rental Car Facility Site may require. When the Port undertakes such work, it shall specifically notify the Operators and Facility Manager of that fact, will proceed diligently to complete such work, and will otherwise comply with the standards imposed upon the Operators set forth in Section 15.1.2.
Major Maintenance. Tensar agrees that, during the Term, Tensar shall at all times (i) determine whether any Leased Asset requires any Major Maintenance and (ii) perform and provide all such Major Maintenance. Tensar shall keep accurate, complete and current records of all Major Maintenance performed or provided on any Leased Assets and shall provide copies thereof to TCO promptly on demand.
Major Maintenance. For major maintenance on parts of or all of the Shared Road, in accordance with the Town’s maintenance schedule as determined in its capital improvement program, the Town shall give the City at least one hundred eighty (180) days’ notice of any and all planned major maintenance, which shall include by not be limited to: resurfacing, repaving, widening, or other significant, non-minor work, including but not limited to infrastructure improvements. The Town and the City shall plan, coordinate and budget for said major maintenance, as necessary. The Town will be responsible for bidding out all major maintenance, and the City agrees to reimburse the Town for a proportionate share of all costs associated with all major maintenance of the Shared Road within sixty (60) days of receipt from the Town of an invoice for the same. The aforementioned proportionate share of all costs shall be determined by assigning to the City fifty percent (50%) of all costs for major maintenance along the Shared Road. The staffs for both municipalities shall worth together, and the City shall be allowed to present recommendations to the Town for its consideration on all major maintenance projects.
Major Maintenance. The Board will be responsible for conducting any major maintenance on the pool during the term of this Agreement. If major maintenance is required, the use of the pool will be suspended until the work is completed by the Board.
