Common use of Utility Maintained Clause in Contracts

Utility Maintained. Any change or alteration shall, when ------------------ completed, be of such character as not to materially reduce the utility of the Demised Premises or the Building for Tenant's Intended Use or general office use below its utility for such use immediately before such change or alteration, nor shall such change or alteration materially reduce the area or cubic content of the Building without Landlord's express written consent.
