Utility Information. Upon written notice from Landlord (“Utility Bill Notice”), Landlord may require Tenant to provide Landlord with copies of bills received by Tenant with respect to a period of up to twelve (12) months prior to the date of the Utility Bill Notice from electricity, natural gas or similar utility providers (collectively, “Utility Providers”) relating to utility usage at the Premises (collectively, “Utility Bills”). Tenant shall provide such Utility Bills to Landlord within ten (10) days after Landlord’s delivery of a Utility Bill Notice to Tenant. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby authorizes Landlord to obtain copies of the Utility Bills directly from the Utility Providers, and Tenant hereby authorizes each Utility Provider to provide Utility Bills and related utility usage information for the Premises directly to Landlord. From time to time within fifteen (15) business days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall execute and deliver to Landlord further assurances requested by Landlord authorizing Utility Providers to provide to Landlord Utility Bills and other information relating to utility usage at the Premises. Tenant acknowledges that any utility information for the Premises and the Project may be shared with third parties, including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consultants and governmental authorities and agencies. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall comply with all applicable Laws related to the disclosure, reporting and tracking of energy consumption at the Premises. The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
