Common use of Utility Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Utility Confirmation. The General Partner and the Partnership shall have received written confirmation from CMP or Bangor Hydro, as the case may be, in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner and the Partnership, that no consent or approval of either of such utilities is required under any of the Power Purchase Agreements with respect to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
