– Utilities Training Sample Clauses

The Utilities Training clause establishes the requirement for providing training to personnel on the proper use and management of utilities within a facility or project. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for conducting the training, the scope of topics to be covered—such as safety procedures, equipment operation, and emergency protocols—and the timing or frequency of such training sessions. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant staff are adequately prepared to operate utility systems safely and efficiently, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, equipment misuse, and operational disruptions.
