UTILITIES - REVISED AS FOLLOWS. Tenant shall pay, directly to the appropriate supplier, the cost of all natural gas, heat, light, power, sewer service, telephone, water, refuse disposal and other utilities and services supplied to the Property. However, if any services or utilities are jointly metered with other property, Landlord shall make a reasonable determination of Tenant's proportionate share of the cost of such utilities and services and Tenant shall pay its share to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Landlord's written statement. Tenant's share of such non-jointly metered costs shall be 25.67% of the total charged to the Project, based on the square footage occupied by Tenant at the time prior to and at the execution of this Sublease, and 46.7% as of November 1, 1999.
