Common use of Utilities at the Premises Clause in Contracts

Utilities at the Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible for and shall promptly pay directly to the service providers all charges for gas, heat, light, electricity, water, sewer, security, power, telephone and any other utility or service used in or servicing the Premises exclusively and all other costs and expenses involved in the care, maintenance, and use thereof and not related to the rest of the Premises. Such charges shall include all security deposits and other charges by utility companies.
