Utilities and Emergency Services. The Property is not served by utilities. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability or provision of any utilities, including without limitation, potable or non-potable water for agricultural, domestic or fire protection uses, sewer service, telephone service (including reception of cellular phone service), wired or wireless internet, electric or cable to the Property or the availability of public restrooms within the Property or the Project.
