U.S. Money. All cash payments hereunder shall be in lawful money of the United States of America.

U.S. Money. Principal and interest shall be payable in lawful money of the United States of America in immediately available funds. Licensee acknowledges, understands, and accepts the following disclosures regarding the Ag Lot, the Property and the Project, including without limitation, disclosures relating to water availability, drainage, and general zoning compliance.
