Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.
