Common use of USUFRUCT ONLY Clause in Contracts

USUFRUCT ONLY. This contract shall create the relationship of landlord and tenant between Lessor and Lessee; no estate shall pass out of Lessor; Lessee has only a usufruct, not subject to levy and sale.
