Using. a vehicle without a reasonable belief that that “insured” is entitled to do so. Without limiting this exclusion, any “insured” operating a motor vehicle without a valid, in force, operator’s license or permit cannot reasonably believe that he or she is entitled to operate a motor vehicle.
