Common use of Using the Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Using the Accommodation. (i) You are the only person authorised to occupy the Accommodation. (ii) You must not use the Accommodation for any other purpose than as living accommodation (e.g. you must not run a business from the Accommodation). (iii) You agree not to transfer this Agreement (or your rights under this Agreement) to anyone else or allow anyone else to live in or use the Accommodation. (iv) You must allow our staff and/or contractors to enter the Accommodation in accordance with clause 4 b) below.
