Keys and Security. Any keys or entry cards which we let you use remain our property at all times. You must not make any copies of them or allow anyone else to use them without our consent. Any loss must be reported to us immediately and you must pay the cost of replacement keys or cards and / or changing locks, if required. If you are permitted to use the business center outside normal working hours it is your responsibility to lock the doors to your accommodation and to the business center when you leave.
Keys and Security. UCA may give the Hirer keys or access devices to the Use Area and/or other parts of the Property. Any key or access device given to the Hirer must be kept in the Hirer’s possession. The Hirer must not give keys or access devices to any person without the prior written consent of UCA. When the Term ends and the Option is not exercised, the Hirer must return all keys and access devices to UCA. The Hirer must comply with UCA’s access control system for the Property and Use Area.
Keys and Security. Where applicable, the Garden Manager will give each Gardener the combination or code to open the lock for access to the shed/toolbox. Upon leaving the Garden, Gardeners are responsible for locking the shed/toolbox if there are no other individuals in the Garden. Gardeners will follow any additional security guidelines that may be announced by the Garden Manager.

The student agrees not to duplicate any key(s) or swipe card issued by the University, or transfer their use to another person, and will be subject to University sanctions if this occurs. If the Student loses any or all of the keys issued, The Student shall report the matter immediately to the University, or to Security. Any Student who loses his/her key will be invoiced$150.00 for the cost of a lock change and replacement key. On departure from Student Housing each semester The Student must return room keys for key auditing purposes, if not returned a $150.00 will be charged to The Student for the change of lock and key.

You agree to ensure that your Accommodation is left secure at all times. For example, you must not prop open external doors or fire doors and you should lock your room door and close the windows when you are out. For safety reasons, many bedroom windows have restricted window openers and you agree that you will not tamper with or fully open any windows. Please note some bedroom doors will auto-lock when closed while others will not – please keep your key fob on you at all times.
