Housing Benefit The Landlord undertakes to reimburse the Agent for any claims arising from overpayment which may be made by the local authority in respect of housing benefit, or other benefit scheme, paid to or on behalf of the Tenant(s) as rent. This undertaking shall remain in force during the currency of the tenancy and up six years thereafter, whether or not the Agent continues to be engaged to let or manage the Property under this Agreement.
Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).
USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.
Closing Escrow The Closing shall take place by means of a so called “New York style” escrow (the “Closing Escrow”), and, at or prior to the Closing, the Parties shall enter into a closing escrow agreement with the Escrow Agent with respect to the Closing Escrow in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller, Purchaser and the Escrow Agent (the “Closing Escrow Agreement”) pursuant to which (i) the Purchase Price to be paid by Purchaser pursuant to Section 3.3 shall be deposited with Escrow Agent, (ii) all of the documents required to be delivered by Seller and Purchaser at Closing pursuant to this Agreement shall be deposited with Escrow Agent, and (iii) at Closing, the Purchase Price (as adjusted pursuant to Section 3.1) and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money shall be disbursed to Seller and the documents deposited into the Closing Escrow shall be delivered to Seller and Purchaser (as the case may be) pursuant to the Closing Escrow Agreement.
Contribution Formula Dental Coverage a. Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2014, and January 1, 2015, the minimum employee contribution shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.
