Common use of Using Agency Clause in Contracts

The Design Professional hereby acknowledges that the Owner shall require the agency that will make use of the Project to cooperate with the Design Professional during the progress of design, subject to the provisions of this Contract, and to provide the Owner with written recommendations for approval of the services of the Design Professional.
