Common use of Using a Service Clause in Contracts

Using a Service. (a) When using a Service, you must comply with: (i) your Customer Contract (including any applicable Acceptable Use Policy); and (ii) any applicable Laws. (b) You must not use a Service: (i) in breach of any Law; (ii) to breach the rights of any person; (iii) to create, transmit or communicate communications which are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, offensive, in breach of confidence, illegal or which bring us or any of our Partners into disrepute; (iv) in a way that is misleading or deceptive, where that is contrary to Law; (v) in a way that results, or could result, in damage to property or injury to any person; or (vi) in any way that damages or interferes with our Services to other customers, our Partners or any Facilities or exposes us to liability.
