Common use of Uses Clause in Contracts

Uses. The Premises shall be used only for the Permitted Use specified in Section 1 above, and for no other business or purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord. No act shall be done on or around the Premises that is unlawful or that will increase the existing rate of insurance on the Premises, the Building, or the Property, or cause the cancellation of any insurance on the Premises, the Building, or the Property. Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste upon the Premises, or any public or private nuisance. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done on the Premises, the Building, or the Property which will obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the Property, or their employees, officers, agents, servants, contractors, customers, clients, visitors, guests, or other licensees or invitees or to injure or annoy such persons.

Tenant shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste upon the Leased Premises, or any public or private nuisance. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done on the Premises, the Building, or the Property Leased Premises which will obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of the PropertyLeased Premises, or their employees, officers, agents, servants, contractors, customers, clients, visitors, guests, or other licensees or invitees or to injure or annoy such persons.
