User’s Representations and Warranties. I represent and warrant that: (i) By virtue of utilizing any API Products, I consent to and accept any risk associated with Avenue’s sharing of Personal Information with any API Licensee and shall not hold Avenue, its Affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, or employees responsible for any Losses resulting from the sharing of such Personal Information.
