User Terms. 1.1 These terms (the User Terms) form a binding legal agreement between you and Beacon Publishing Ltd, Belfast, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland company registration number NI618038 (we, us, our), and relate to how you may create and publish ebooks using the browser based Beacon software application and any other software applications created by us (App) and our website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ (the Site), and together referred to as Beacon. By accepting these User Terms you agree to be bound by their effect.

User Terms. User Terms. Without prejudice to and in accordance with article 7.1 §2, this Annex reflects principles that must be reflected by the Organizer in its contractual relationship with the Active Users. Creating an Account: ● To be able to use the Platform, the Active User must create a User Account by (i) logging in via their Google account; (ii) logging in via their Facebook account, or; (iii) filling in the personal data in the registration form that is made available after downloading the Platform application. The registration form must be completed fully, accurately and truthfully. Registration may be refused or Platform activation terminated on reasonable grounds, including for the following reasons: ● The Active User does not provide the data requested for identification or the Active User provides incomplete or incorrect data; ● The Active User attempts to register multiple times by using different names; ● The Active User makes unauthorized use of the identity of a third party; ● The Active User does not at any time meet the requirements set out in the General Terms and Conditions. ● Active Users must be older than 13 years or have permission from parents or guardian to register on the platform. After registration on the Platform and if the conditions set by the Organizer are met (including as required in article 7.1 §2 of the General Terms and Conditions), the User Account becomes active. Active Users can terminate their User Account themselves on the Application. Use of the Platform by the Active User: ● Certain Services can be enjoyed for free, other Services require that the Active User has made a money balance available in the Platform in advance. In their User Account, the Active User can view an overview of all transactions they have made via their User Account. As of the date of the General Terms and Conditions, payments are possible via Bancontact, via the bank app of the Active user or cash at the Event. ● The Active User is personally liable for any use that they or (authorized or unauthorized) third parties make of the Platform via their User Account. The Active User must refrain from (causing or allowing) the Platform to be used for unlawful acts, the commission of criminal offenses or for acts that are in conflict with the agreement between the Organizer and the Active User.
