Common use of User Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

User Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users. (ii) At any point during the subscription period a new revised subscription of a different type, with a different number of users or with a different expiry date can be purchased at the standard published price. An invoice will be raised for the new subscription and credit note will be issued for the unused part of the existing subscription, but no refunds are given. (iii) Temporary additional User subscriptions may be added and used during the Subscription Term. The price for temporary users is published in the system.
