User ID. MLSOK shall provide NLSA an MLS Login ID to access and use the MLS Content, the MLSOK System, and the MLSOK Services as contemplated herein. The MLS Login ID shall be personal to NLSA and may not be used by any other person at any time for any purpose, including without limitation any other persons in Participant’s office. The NLSA shall be responsible for the security and safe keeping of its MLS Login ID and shall be liable for any unauthorized use.
