Common use of User Group Clause in Contracts

User Group. Contractor will include ComEd in ***. On a quarterly basis, ComEd may meet with Contractor to discuss proposed plans for Product development and replacement. Contractor shall consider ComEd’s comments, but such discussions are for informational purposes only, may not be incorporated into any contract, and do not constitute a commitment, promise, or legal obligation to deliver any future functionality. The development, release, and timing of any features, functionality, enhancements, or other technology discussed remains at the sole discretion of Contractor.
