User Definitions. The table below mentions several user types. For purposes of clarity, the user types may be understood / classified as follows: o Administrator – ROV managers, supervisors, and leads who will be responsible for overseeing or supervising operations of the system (e.g., ballot layout, ballot tabulation) o Super User –ROV permanent staff who will be responsible/have elevated privileges for conducting and/or understanding system/election activities, including staff who will provide training and technical support to other users o Support Staff – ROV permanent and extra help line staff who will be responsible for supporting/participating in system/election activities o Senior ROV Staff – ROV executive staff o Poll workers – County staff and volunteers responsible for the proper and orderly voting at polling locations. User Definitions. The Authorized Users Limit consists of the total number of Authorized Users that are permitted to access the PlanEngage platform. Each Authorized User is granted a specific set of functionalities and permissions (a “Role”) within the PlanEngage platform. The total number of each Authorized Users allowed to be assigned to a Role varies based on the selected Plan. The Roles include:
User Definitions. Client may designate different types of users with different access privileges. “Authorized User” is the administrative user(s) who have the highest level of access and are responsible for managing the Service for Client. Only Authorized Users may appoint other Authorized Users, request or agree to changes to the Services, add or remove users, make billing inquiries, contact support, agree to modifications to this Agreement or take other, similar actions. “Supervision User” is an individual who uses the Service to review Client Data. “User” a user is the individual account within each platform or system for which Client Data is received by the Platform.
