User Categories. Different users shall have different scheduling priorities (consistent with the CUA) and may be required to pay Depreciation Fees. a. CCHS Athletics shall have first priority of scheduling Memorial Field as described in the CUA and shall not be required to pay Depreciation Fees. b. Local Users include the Town of Concord, the Town’s youth and adult sports programs, camps owned or operated by CCRSD staff, and other Recreation Department-sponsored users and shall have second priority of scheduling Memorial Field. In recognition of FCCF’s contribution of Replacement Funding, FCCF Members (including CC Youth Soccer, CC Youth Lacrosse, CC Youth Football, and CC Adult Soccer and other Concord or Carlisle youth sports organizations who may become members of FCCF in the future) shall be entitled to schedule time up to 3 months in advance and shall not be required to pay Depreciation Fees. Other Local Users may schedule time up to 1 month in advance and shall be required to pay a Depreciation Fee of $70 80 per hour (40% of the Third Party rate) to CCRSD. In the event the Third Party rate is reset in the future, the Local user rate shall be reset to 40% of the Third Party rate. c. Third Party Users include those not associated with CCRSD or its member towns and shall have third priority of use of Memorial Field. All Third Party Users shall be required to pay a Depreciation Fee of $2100 per hour [SUBSTANTIATE RATE WITH MARKET DATA]. This rate shall be reviewed every five (5) years and may be reset based on relevant Consumer Price Index inflation rates.
