User-Based License Sample Clauses

User-Based License. If your Software license is designated as User-Based, the total count of Authorized Users enabled to use such Software must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Ordering Document(s) or received by you from Tableau, including to the extent applicable, across all Production and Non-Production Environments. Your purchase of “User-Based” licenses may be further specified on the applicable Ordering Document as included in a specified Software package, and the technical capabilities available to each Authorized User shall be as set forth in the Documentation.
User-Based License. A “User-Based License” is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to copy, install and use the Licensed Software within Licensee’s organization to support the total number of Users for which Licensee has paid the required license fee. A User-Based License may include Perpetual Software, Subscription Software, or a combination of both.

  • Inbound Licenses Except as disclosed on the Schedule, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any license or other agreement that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property.

  • Outbound Licenses Part 2.7(d) of the Disclosure Schedule accurately identifies each Contract pursuant to which any Person has been granted any license under, or otherwise has received or acquired any right (whether or not currently exercisable) or interest in, any Seller IP. The Seller is not bound by, and no Seller IP is subject to, any Contract containing any covenant or other provision that in any way limits or restricts the ability of the Seller to use, exploit, assert, or enforce any Seller IP anywhere in the world.

  • User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • Software License The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  • Required Licenses All parties of this Agreement, including but not limited to, Contractor, Subcontractor, other sub-contractors, and all parties' direct or indirect employees and agents shall be licensed in accordance with respective State laws where the individual is performing their trade or service. All individuals under this agreement shall be regulated by their respective licensing board which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints made by any third (3rd) parties.
