Common use of USE TO CONFORM WITH FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

USE TO CONFORM WITH FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS. TENANT agrees that TENANT’s use of the Leased Premises, including all construction thereon, shall conform to applicable FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS. TENANT shall also obey all local, State and federal rules, regulations and laws, including compliance with Transportation Security Administration and Airport security rules and regulations. TENANT agrees to comply with the notification and review requirements covered in Part 77 of the FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS (as same may be amended from time to time or such other regulation replacing Part 77 as may be adopted by Federal authority) prior to the construction of the improvements described herein and prior to the construction of any future structure or building upon the Leased Premises or in the event of any planned modification or alteration of any present or future building or structure situated on the Leased Premises.
