In addition, you agree that the Credit Union may collect, use and disclose personal information about you, including information related to your Account(s) and use of the Mobile Payment Services, in order to verify your identity and to make the Mobile Payment Services available to you. • You acknowledge that the Mobile Payment Services may be used in conjunction with location based services (only applicable if your Electronic Device is used in conjunction with location-based services), and you agree that the Credit Union may collect, transmit, process, display, disclose, maintain or use location based data.
