Common use of Use of Western Union Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Western Union Services.  You must accept WUC's terms and conditions prior to authorizing a Transaction using the Western Union Services. A copy of the WUC terms and conditions is available at: [insert link]. The terms and conditions include additional rules relating to the Western Union Services including, without limitation, that exchange rates will be set by WUC and that Transactions may be subject to dollar limits or additional restrictions as determined by WUC.  The Credit Union, WUC and Acxsys Corporation have implemented a number of security measures with respect to the Western Union Services in order to reduce the risk of fraud. These measures include requiring the use of a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and, if required by destination, a security question and answer, to ensure that only the intended recipient receives the money. Once a Transaction has been submitted, you will receive a MTCN for the transaction. You will then need to contact the receipient and inform him or her what the MTCN is, because the recipient will require the MTCN in order to receive the funds.  Your Account will be debited or credited, as the case may be, as soon as you authorize a Transaction.  You acknowledge that your joint Account holders, if any, may see the details of your Western Union Services Transactions.  We may cancel a Transaction at any time if we reasonably believe that a mistake has occurred or that the Transaction is the product of unlawful or fraudulent activity.
