Common use of Use of the Software and Autonomy Features by the End User Clause in Contracts

Use of the Software and Autonomy Features by the End User. The End User must comply with the usage rules established below that apply to all Robotic Scrubbers (collectively, the “Restrictions on Use”): 3.1 The End User agrees to be responsible for the operation and use of the Autonomy Features by the End User and its employees, agents, contractors, and any transferee or other entity that the End User permits to use the Robotic Scrubber (its “Permitees”). 3.2 The End User agrees to use the Software, Autonomy Services, or Autonomy Features only for purposes that are permitted by (a) this Agreement and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States, or such other country in which the End User purchases or uses the Robotic Scrubber).
