Except as may be required by applicable law and/or this Agreement, the Company shall not use, directly or indirectly, Purchaser's name or the name of any of its Affiliates in any advertisement, announcement, press release or other similar communication unless it has received the prior written consent of Purchaser for the specific use contemplated or as otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.
