Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Loan Party (or, with respect to Oil and Gas Properties that are not operated by a Loan Party, a list of the operators of such properties).
Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of the Oil and Gas Properties expected to account for 80% of the revenues for the sale of Hydrocarbons produced from the Oil and Gas Properties in the three month period immediately preceding the effective date of the most recent Reserve Report.
Lists of Purchasers. Promptly upon written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary accounting for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons in the one-year period prior to the “as of” date of such Reserve Report.
Lists of Purchasers. At the time of the delivery of the financial statements provided for in Section 9.1(a), a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower setting forth a list of Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any other Credit Party who collectively account for at least 85% of the revenues resulting from the sale of all Hydrocarbons from the Borrower and such other Credit Parties during the fiscal year for which such financial statements relate.
Lists of Purchasers. Promptly following the written request of the Administrative Agent, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from any Credit Party.
Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of the annual financial statements in accordance with Section 8.01(a), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last 12 months) at least 70% of the Hydrocarbons from the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary.
Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Agent pursuant to Section 9.01, a list of all Persons purchasing Hydrocarbons from the Borrower Group.
Lists of Purchasers. Promptly following the written request from the Administrative Agent thereof, a list of all Persons disbursing proceeds to the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary from its Oil and Gas Properties.
Lists of Purchasers. To the extent the Loan Parties take any material amount of Hydrocarbons attributable or allocable to their Oil and Gas Properties in-kind, concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.12, a list of all purchasers of Hydrocarbons with respect to which such in-kind deliveries are taken.
Lists of Purchasers. Concurrently with the delivery of any Reserve Report to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 6.2(b), a list of Persons who purchase (or did purchase in the last three months) at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the Hydrocarbons from Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
