Common use of Use of Pronouns Clause in Contracts

Use of Pronouns. The use of the neuter singular pronoun to refer to either Party shall be deemed a proper reference even though either Party may be comprised of one or more persons. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Lease apply in the plural sense where more than one Party exists and to two or more persons, shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the singular includes the plural, and vice versa, and the masculine, feminine and neuter adjectives include one another.
