Use of Project. Project accomplishments must be open or available to the public as specified in the Term of Public Use. If the grant funded capital improvements are not maintained and kept open for public use for the term specified in the Term of Public Use, the PROJECT SPONSOR must refund to the BOARD the awarded grant amount within six (6) months of the date the improvements are no longer maintained or kept open for public use, unless the BOARD agrees that obsolescence or conversion is appropriate.
