Use of marina and the berth. 4.1 The Licensee acknowledges that no representation is given by the Licensor regarding the suitability of the berth for the Permitted Use or the sufficiency or efficiency of the services. The Licensor is not liable to the Licensee for any damage due to interruption of any services. The Licensee occupies the berth and uses the marina at its risk.
