Common use of Use of Licensee’s Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Licensee’s Name. Licensee hereby authorizes SUN to use Licensee's name in advertising, marketing, collateral, customer tests and customer success stories prepared by or on behalf of SUN for the Technology, provided that Licensee will have the right to approve the use of its name, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
