Fingerprint and Facial recognition are optional sign-in methods for Watertown Savings Bank Mobile Banking that are currently available for many Apple® and Android devices. Information related to Fingerprint or Facial Recognition technology is stored on your device only and Watertown Savings Bank never sees or stores that information. You acknowledge that by enabling these optional sign-in methods, you will allow anyone who has a profile stored on your device access to your personal and payment account information within Watertown Savings Bank Mobile Banking. Watertown Savings Bank reserves the right to suspend or disable this feature at any time. These methods can only be associated with one Mobile Banking username at a time on a device. If your device doesn’t recognize your fingerprint or facial image, you can sign in using your password. To use these methods for Mobile Banking on multiple devices, you will need to set it up for each device. You can enable or disable these methods anytime from the Services menu within Watertown Savings Bank Mobile Banking. Apple® is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Android is a trademark of Google Inc. We can accept checks payable to you, drawn on a U.S. bank. We cannot accept checks payable to others, traveler’s cheques, money orders, foreign checks, substitute checks, or returned checks, postdated or stale dated checks (more than 6 months old). Limits: Deposit up to $1,500 a day. Lower limits may apply for newer accounts. Endorsement: Endorse the check and add ‘For Bank Mobile Deposit Only’ below your signature. All deposits are subject to verification and can be adjusted upon review. Availability: Deposit by 8 pm EST and your funds will usually be available within the next two business days. The Bank makes no warranties that the Remote Mobile Service will be error free, secure, and uninterrupted. Errors: You agree to notify WSB of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through the Services right away, and in no event later than 30 days after the applicable WSB account statement is sent. Unless you notify WSB within 30 days, such statement regarding all deposits made through the Services shall be deemed correct, and you are prohibited from bringing a claim against WSB for such alleged error. By using the Services you accept the risk that an item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission. WSB bears no liability to you or others for any such intercepted or misdirected items or information disclosed through such errors. Cooperation with Investigations: You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including b providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions. Limitation of Liability: You agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services incurred by you or any third party arising from or related to the use of the Services. Disclaimer of Device Warranties: You agree your use of the Services and all information and content (including that of third parties) is at your risk and is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
