USE OF FUND'S NAME. PFPC shall not use the name of the Fund or the Portfolios in a manner not approved prior thereto, provided, however, that the Fund shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to the appointment of PFPC hereunder or which are required by the SEC or a state securities commission, and, provided, further, that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
