Use of extra help. The parties agree that extra hands may be employed to a certain extent. If the shop stewards consider that this is being disregarded, they can take the matter up for discussion with the enterprise. For discussion they can demand that a statement be produced showing the use of extra help. Discussions regarding the use of extra help shall be held at least once a year.
