USE OF DOCUMENTS IN EVENT OF TERMINATION. In the event of a termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 8, the Owner shall own any resulting copyright and have the right to use, to reproduce, and to make derivative works of the Construction Documents to complete the Project provided payment has been made pursuant to Article 6.
